Reservation
The reservation is secured once a deposit of 25 % of the total rent due, with a minimum of 50 Euros, is received.
By late booking (less than 45 days before the start of the rental period) the total amount due must be paid on reservation.
The balance must be paid at last 45 days before the start of the rental period.
